Not all the attention was good, accurate, or fair \u2014 but that is for another post.<\/p>\n

As strong believers in the importance of transparent, reproducible research<\/a>, all our code and data was made available on the official Github repository<\/a>\u00a0at the time of publication. This repository\u00a0is constantly evolving\u00a0to reflect input\u00a0from others; however, the\u00a0original code (at the time of publication)<\/span> is\u00a0tagged under the paper<\/code>\u00a0release<\/a>.<\/p>\n
